XSJ05
Topo I Inhibitor
XSJ05 is a camptothecin (CPT) derivative that selectively inhibits topoisomerase I (Topo I), leading to significant anti-cancer effects. The compound induces DNA double-strand breaks, resulting in DNA damage that disrupts cellular integrity. XSJ05 demonstrates efficacy in inhibiting the growth of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells, causing G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and promoting apoptotic pathways.
