XYD049
Molecular Glue
XYD049 is a CRBN-type molecular glue that selectively targets GSPT1, demonstrating an effective binding affinity with a DC50 of 19 nM. This compound exhibits significant antiproliferative activity against 22Rv1 cells, with an IC50 of 7 nM, and displays notable in vivo antitumor efficacy. XYD049 downregulates key oncogenes associated with MYC-driven castration-resistant prostate cancer, including AR, AR-v7, PSA, and c-Myc. Its structure consists of a molecular glue linker, a CRBN-type E3 ligase ligand, and a specific ligand for the target protein, facilitating targeted degradation pathways for therapeutic research applications.
