PROTAC BCL-XL Degrader
XZ739 is a Cereblon-dependent PROTAC degrader targeting BCL-XL, a member of the Bcl-2 protein family. Demonstrating a DC50 value of 2.5 nM in MOLT-4 cells after 16 hours of treatment, XZ739 effectively induces cell death through caspase-mediated apoptosis.
