RANKL/TNF-α Inhibitor
Y2641 is a tetrahydro-β-carboline derivative that functions as a dual inhibitor of RANKL and TNF-α, exhibiting Kd values of 3.984 μM for RANKL and 18.59 μM for TNF-α. This compound effectively inhibits RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis while demonstrating anti-inflammatory properties and protecting against cartilage degradation. Y2641 is suitable for research applications related to osteoarthritis and related inflammatory conditions.
