YHO-13351
ABCG2 Inhibitor
YHO-13351 is a potent inhibitor of the ATP-binding cassette transporter G2 (ABCG2), known for its role in mediating drug resistance in cancer cells. By modulating ABCG2 activity and downregulating breast cancer resistance protein expression, YHO-13351 effectively reverses ABCG2-associated drug tolerance. This water-soluble prodrug enhances the cytotoxic effects of SN-38 and sensitizes cancer cells to Irinotecan, making it a valuable tool for studying drug-resistant cancers, including breast, gastric, and cervical cancers. Additionally, YHO-13351 has demonstrated the ability to prolong survival in cancer-bearing mice when used in combination therapies.
