K-Ras(G12D/G12C) Inhibitor

YK-8S is a dual-targeted covalent inhibitor of K-Ras mutations G12D and G12C. This compound demonstrates selective binding, showing minimal affinity for wild-type K-Ras and other mutants. YK-8S exhibits significant anti-proliferative effects on H358 (G12C) and AGS (G12D) cancer cell lines, and effectively inhibits downstream signaling by reducing p-AKT and p-ERK phosphorylation in BaF3 cells harboring the G12D and G12C mutations. It is a valuable reagent for research on pancreatic and colorectal cancers characterized by high incidences of the G12D mutation.
