YTHDC1 Inhibitor
YL-5092 is a selective inhibitor of YTHDC1, exhibiting an IC50 of 7.4 nM and a KD of 29.6 nM. This compound is known to inhibit cancer cell proliferation, promote G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest, and induce apoptosis. YL-5092 is particularly useful in cancer research, with applications in studying diseases such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
