YM 13650
Anti Nephritic Agent
YM 13650 is an orally active anti-nephritic agent that targets renal inflammation. It demonstrates dose-dependent preventive and therapeutic effects in both rat immune complex nephritis and mouse spontaneous lupus nephritis models. YM 13650 effectively inhibits urinary protein increase, improves serum cholesterol and urea nitrogen levels, mitigates renal pathological damage, and enhances survival time in mice. This compound is suitable for research on nephritic diseases.
