YM114
(5-HT)3-receptor Antagonist
YM114 is a highly selective antagonist of the 5-HT3 receptor, demonstrating notable potency in inhibiting receptor activity. It has been shown to disrupt the Bezold-Jarisch reflex induced by 2-methyl-5-HT without affecting bradycardia resulting from Veratridine or electrical stimulation in anesthetized rats.
