Yoshi-864
DNA Crosslinker
Yoshi-864 (NSC-102627) is an alkylsulfonate compound that functions as a DNA crosslinker, exhibiting significant anticancer activity. It has been shown to markedly extend survival times in mouse models with L1210 leukemia and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. Yoshi-864 also effectively reduces DNA synthesis in tumor cells derived from mice with the Ehrlich tumor, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic studies.
