YSK 05
Cationic Lipid
YSK 05 is a pH-sensitive cationic lipid that enhances intracellular trafficking of non-viral vectors. Its formulation, YSK 05-MEND, demonstrates robust gene silencing activity and hemolytic properties. Notably, YSK 05 effectively mitigates the challenges posed by PEGylation on endosomal escape, thereby significantly improving siRNA delivery in both in vitro and in vivo settings. This reagent is suitable for studies focusing on nucleic acid delivery systems and gene regulation.
