ZAK Inhibitor
ZAK-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the leucine-zipper and sterile α motif kinase (ZAK) with an IC50 of 4 nM and a KD of 8 nM. It demonstrates remarkable selectivity against a wide array of 403 wild-type kinases. This compound effectively disrupts p38/GATA-4 and JNK/c-Jun signaling pathways, exhibiting potential therapeutic efficacy in the context of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). ZAK-IN-1 is a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying HCM.
