ZAP-180013

ZAP-70 Inhibitor

ZAP-180013 is a selective inhibitor of zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (ZAP-70) with an IC50 of 1.8 μM. This compound disrupts the interaction between the SH2 domain of ZAP-70 and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs), thereby modulating T cell receptor signaling. ZAP-180013 is valuable in research applications focused on understanding immune responses and T cell activation pathways.
