FIH Inhibitor
ZG-2291 is a selective inhibitor of Factor Inhibiting HIF (FIH), demonstrating oral bioactivity. By binding to FIH, this compound induces a conformational change that specifically inhibits FIH while sparing other 2OG oxygenases in the JmjC family.
