Zidesamtinib
ROS1 Inhibitor
Zidesamtinib is a potent, selective inhibitor of ROS1, exhibiting strong activity against various ROS1 fusions and resistance mutations with IC50 values of 0.7 nM for wild-type ROS1 and 7.9 nM for ROS1 G2032R. This orally active compound is designed to penetrate the blood-brain barrier while sparing TRK inhibition. Zidesamtinib is valuable for cancer research, particularly in studies involving ROS1-driven tumors and resistance mechanisms.
