ZL-Pin13
Pin1 Inhibitor
ZL-Pin13 is a highly potent covalent inhibitor of Pin1 (Peptidyl-Prolyl Isomerase NIMA-Interacting-1), exhibiting an IC50 value of 67 nM. This compound effectively inhibits cell proliferation and downregulates Pin1 substrates in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. ZL-Pin13 is a valuable tool for studying the role of Pin1 in cellular processes and may contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies targeting cancer progression.
