Zotresiran

Xanthine dehydrogenase synthesis reducer

Zotresiran is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) designed to reduce the synthesis of xanthine dehydrogenase, an enzyme involved in purine metabolism. By downregulating this target, Zotresiran can modulate uric acid levels, making it valuable for research in conditions such as gout and hyperuricemia. Its application in gene silencing offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating metabolic disorders and developing therapeutic strategies.
