ZY-444

Pyruvate Carboxylase Inhibitor

ZY-444 is a potent inhibitor of pyruvate carboxylase (PC), demonstrating significant anti-cancer activity. By blocking the nuclear translocation of β-catenin, ZY-444 disrupts the Wnt/β-catenin/Snail signaling pathway, leading to reduced proliferation, migration, and invasion of cancer cells, while also inducing apoptosis. This reagent is particularly relevant for research in breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, and iodine-refractory thyroid cancer, with demonstrated efficacy in tumor models.
