2-Chloro-ADP sodium

ADP Derivative

2-Chloro-ADP sodium is a derivative of adenosine 5'-diphosphate (ADP) that primarily targets platelet aggregation pathways. This compound effectively induces aggregation in human platelets and demonstrates the capacity to inhibit stimulated adenylate cyclase activity. Additionally, 2-Chloro-ADP sodium inhibits the nucleotide-binding domain of mortalin with a Ki value of 45.05 μM, making it a valuable tool for research in cellular signaling and platelet function studies.
