2-Chloro-ADP

ADP Derivative

2-Chloro-ADP (2-Chloroadenosine 5′-diphosphate) is a derivative of adenosine 5'-diphosphate (ADP) that primarily targets human platelet aggregation and adenylate cyclase activity. This compound is known to induce platelet aggregation while also inhibiting stimulated adenylate cyclase. Additionally, 2-Chloro-ADP demonstrates inhibitory effects on the mortalin nucleotide-binding domain (NBD) with a Ki value of 45.05 μM, making it a valuable tool for research in cell signaling and platelet function.
