8-Azido-cADPR

Photoaffinity Probe

8-Azido-cADPR is a potent photoaffinity probe featuring a photoactive azido group, which enables the identification and characterization of cADPR-binding proteins. This compound acts as a click chemistry reagent, capable of undergoing copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkynes, as well as strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN groups. Its key biological activity makes it suitable for applications in protein interaction studies and bioconjugation in chemical biology research.
