AB182

DNA/RNA Synthesi

AB182 is an aziridine derivative with potent antitumor activity that targets DNA/RNA synthesis. It exhibits synergistic effects when used in conjunction with x-irradiation by inhibiting DNA repair mechanisms. The hydrolysis products of AB182 may phosphorylate the free 3'-OH end groups of DNA strands, effectively blocking repair of x-irradiation-induced breaks. This compound holds promise for enhancing therapeutic efficacy in cancer treatment research.
