Photocross-Linking Probe
Ac4ManNDAz is a cell-permeable photocross-linking probe that selectively competes with endogenous sialic acid for incorporation into surface glycoproteins. Upon UV light irradiation, it effectively forms cross-links with glycoprotein ligands, facilitating the investigation of glycoprotein interactions. This reagent is valuable for applications in glycobiology and the study of glycoprotein-mediated cellular processes.
