3CLpro Inhibitor

ALG-097558 is a potent inhibitor of the 3CLpro protease, demonstrating broad-spectrum antiviral activity against various human coronaviruses, including multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants. It exhibits strong inhibitory effects with IC50 values of 2 nM for SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro and 6 nM for HCoV 229E 3CLpro.
