Anatibant

Bradykinin B2 Receptor Antagonist

Anatibant is a selective non-peptide antagonist of the bradykinin B2 receptor. It demonstrates high affinity for recombinant human, rat, and guinea-pig B2 receptors, with Ki values of 0.67 nM, 1.74 nM, and 1.37 nM, respectively. This compound effectively crosses the blood-brain barrier, making it a valuable tool for investigating the role of bradykinin signaling in brain damage diseases and related neuroinflammatory conditions.
