ART812
Polθ Inhibitor
ART812 is a selective inhibitor of DNA polymerase theta (Polθ), exhibiting an IC50 of 7.6 nM. It also shows an IC50 of 240 nM in cell-based assays for microhomology-mediated end joining (MMEJ).
