Asebogenin

Antithrombotic

Asebogenin is an antithrombotic compound that inhibits the phosphorylation of Syk, leading to a significant reduction in platelet activation and neutrophil extracellular trap formation. This compound exhibits potential antimalarial activity in vitro, making it valuable for research into both thrombotic disorders and malaria. Asebogenin's ability to modulate key signaling pathways serves as a useful tool for investigating the underlying mechanisms of platelet function and immune responses.
