PROTAC linker
Azido-PEG2-hydrazide-Boc is a PEG-based linker designed for use in the synthesis of PROTACs. Functioning as a click chemistry reagent, it features an azide group that facilitates copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with compounds containing DBCO or BCN groups.
