PROTAC Linker
Azido-PEG8-C-Boc is a PEG-based linker designed for the synthesis of PROTACs, targeting targeted protein degradation pathways. This compound features an azide functional group, enabling the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules, as well as the strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reaction with DBCO or BCN-modified substrates.
