BAY-184
KAT6A/KAT6B Inhibitor
BAY-184 is a selective inhibitor of KAT6A and KAT6B, demonstrating effective oral bioavailability. With IC50 values of 71 nM for KAT6A and 83 nM for KAT6B, BAY-184 significantly inhibits KAT6 activity. This compound is capable of diminishing estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) transcriptional activity and has shown efficacy in reducing the proliferation of various breast cancer subtypes, ultimately leading to inhibition of tumor growth.
