Biotin-PEG4-azide is a biotin-labeled PEG-based linker designed for constructing PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras). This compound features an azide functional group, enabling it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reactions with alkyne-containing molecules.
