bisSP1

ADCs Linker

bisSP1 is a click chemistry reagent designed for use as a linker in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This compound features an azide group allowing it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, bisSP1 can engage in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) or bicyclononyne (BCN) derivatives. Its versatility makes it a valuable tool for the development and optimization of ADCs in chemical biology research.
