SR-BI Inhibitor
BLT-3 is a selective inhibitor of scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI), demonstrating reversible inhibition of SR-BI-mediated lipid transport. It effectively suppresses SR-BI-mediated selective lipid uptake from high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and cholesterol efflux from cells to HDL, while enhancing HDL binding to SR-BI.
