BODIQPy-TPA

lipophilic probe

BODIQPy-TPA is a lipophilic probe that induces ferroptosis in B16 and HepG2 cells upon exposure to light, primarily through the mechanism of lipid peroxidation. This compound exhibits a maximum absorption wavelength of 488 nm and a maximum emission wavelength exceeding 640 nm. BODIQPy-TPA is useful for studies investigating the role of ferroptosis in cancer biology and for exploring light-mediated therapeutic strategies.
