SHP2 Inhibitor
BPDA2 is a selective and competitive inhibitor of SHP2, demonstrating an IC50 of 92.0 nM for SHP2 while showing significantly higher IC50 values for SHP1 and SHP1B at 33.39 µM and 40.71 µM, respectively. This compound effectively downregulates mitogenic and cell survival signaling pathways, as well as receptor tyrosine kinase expression. BPDA2 is valuable for research into the modulation of SHP2-mediated signaling in breast cancer cell phenotypes.
