PROTAC Linker
Bromoacetamido-PEG5-azide is a PEG-based PROTAC linker designed to facilitate the synthesis of proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs). It features an azide functional group, enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing compounds. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with DBCO or BCN-containing molecules.
