CALP3

Ca2+ Channel Blocker

CALP3 is a Ca2+ channel blocker that mimics the effects of elevated intracellular calcium levels by activating EF hand motifs in calcium-binding proteins. This compound modulates the activity of calmodulin, calcium channels, and pumps, making it a valuable tool for studying calcium signaling pathways. CALP3 has potential applications in research focused on apoptosis regulation in conditions such as AIDS and ischemic neuronal loss.
