Cbl-b Inhibitor
Cbl-b-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene-b (Cbl-b), an essential component of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. This orally bioavailable compound is designed to modulate immune responses, making it suitable for applications in immunotherapy and cancer treatment. Cbl-b-IN-2 can be utilized alone or in conjunction with other therapeutic agents, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors, anti-neoplastic agents, and radiation therapies, to enhance therapeutic efficacy in various malignancies.
