cGAS Inhibitor
cGAS-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), demonstrating an IC50 of 32 nM for human cGAS and 5.8 nM for mouse cGAS. This compound effectively reduces cGAMP levels in THP-1 cells with an IC50 of 60 nM, enhancing its cellular potency. cGAS-IN-4 also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects in mouse models of Concanavalin A-induced acute liver injury, positioning it as a valuable tool for research into cGAS-related pathways and inflammatory diseases.
