CHI3L1 Inhibitor

CHI3L1-IN-7 is a selective inhibitor of CHI3L1, demonstrating a Kd of 7.40 μM and an IC50 of 15.4 μM. This compound effectively disrupts the interaction between CHI3L1 and galectin-3 while inhibiting STAT3 phosphorylation. It has been shown to reduce the viability of multicellular 3D glioblastoma spheroids, making it a valuable tool for research involving glioblastoma and the immunomodulatory role of CHI3L1 in tumor biology.
