Chromanol 293B (293B Cpd)
IKs Blocker
Chromanol 293B is a selective blocker of the slow delayed rectifier potassium current (IKs), exhibiting an IC50 in the range of 1-10 μM. This compound also acts as a weak inhibitor of KATP channels. Additionally, Chromanol 293B inhibits the CFTR chloride current, with an IC50 of 19 μM. It is useful for researchers studying cardiac electrophysiology and ion channel regulation.
