HDAC Inhibitor
CRA-026440 hydrochloride is a potent, broad-spectrum histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, exhibiting Ki values against recombinant HDAC isoenzymes of 4 nM for HDAC1, 14 nM for HDAC2, 11 nM for HDAC3, 15 nM for HDAC6, 7 nM for HDAC8, and 20 nM for HDAC10. This compound demonstrates significant antitumor and antiangiogenic activities, making it relevant for studies in cancer biology.
