ABCA1 Agonist
CS-6253 is an ABCA1 agonist that regulates lipoprotein metabolism and promotes the biogenesis of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), facilitating cellular cholesterol efflux. This compound also exhibits neuroprotective properties and aids in the clearance of amyloid-beta (Aβ) from the brain.
