KCNK13 Inhibitor
CVN293 is a selective inhibitor of the potassium ion channel KCNK13, demonstrating IC50 values of 41 nM and 28 nM for human and mouse KCNK13, respectively. This compound effectively suppresses the NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated production of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β in microglial cells.
