Cycloprothrin is a potent insecticide targeting key pest species. This compound comprises two isomers, (1R, alphaR)-Cycloprothrin and (R)-Cycloprothrin, with (1R, alphaR)-Cycloprothrin exhibiting significantly enhanced insecticidal activity, demonstrating approximately sixfold and fourfold higher efficacy against Mythimaseparata and Aphismedicagini larvae, respectively.
