DB-310
LMP2 Inhibitor
DB-310 is a selective inhibitor of the immunoproteasome subunit LMP2, exhibiting an IC50 value of 80.62 nM. This compound effectively inhibits the production of IL-1α in microglial cells, making it a valuable tool for studies related to neuroinflammation. Additionally, DB-310 has demonstrated the ability to enhance cognitive function in the Tg2576 transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer's disease, thereby supporting its application in Alzheimer's disease research.
