Deg-1

DNA Probe

Deg-1 is a bifunctional DNA probe that features both a cleavage group and a covalent binding moiety. It covalently attaches to target nucleic acids and acts as a click-degrader, enabling the selective cleavage of nucleic acid molecules within cells. Deg-1 contains an azide functional group, allowing it to engage in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing compounds, as well as ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN-linked molecules. This compound is valuable for applications in nucleic acid research and therapeutic development.
