DI-1859

DCN1 Inhibitor

DI-1859 is a potent and selective covalent inhibitor of DCN1, designed to hinder the neddylation process of cullin 3 in cellular environments at low nanomolar concentrations. This compound markedly increases NRF2 protein levels, a substrate of CRL3, in mouse liver tissues. Additionally, DI-1859 demonstrates protective effects against acetaminophen-induced hepatic injuries in murine models, highlighting its potential applications in liver protection studies and mechanistic research on the neddylation pathway.
