DiAzKs

Photo-crosslinking Probe

DiAzKs (H-L-Photo-lysine) is a diazirine-containing amino acid that functions as a photo-crosslinker. This compound enables site-selective incorporation into proteins, facilitating the study of protein-protein interactions both in vitro and in living cells. Activated by UV light, DiAzKs serves as an effective probe for photo-crosslinking applications in chemical biology and biophysical research.
