Antiviral Agent
DNA polymerase-IN-6 is a potent antiviral agent targeting DNA polymerase. It demonstrates significant inhibitory activity against human cytomegalovirus (HCMV), herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1), herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2), and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), with EC50 values of 0.33, 1.9, 0.76, and 0.066 µM, respectively. This compound is valuable for research in antiviral drug development and understanding viral replication mechanisms.
